St Thomas of Canterbury Pilgrim tokens

As today, pilgrims needed something to remind them of their journey and show that it had beem accomplished. Thus the enormous trade at pilgrim destinations in pilgrim badges, or tokens. Here are some tokens of the pilgrimage to Canterbury.

These are medieval tokens, though the the last one - showing a ship, dates from 1500. But what about this one?
